Wenjing Wang had accomplished her overseas internship in Canada

Wenjing Wang, a student of Sino-Dutch Mechatronics Engineering Department was selected through the IAESTE Overseas Professional Internship Program and started her three-month work and travel as a research assistant working on lab projects in Canada in June,2012. During her internship in Canada, she was an active participant in three internship projects: the development of machine vision detection device, Omron PLC conveyor device development, ALLEY BRANDLEY PLC touch screen development, through which not only did she improve her professional and practical skills, but also acquainted herself with local traditions and culture and built deep friendship with young people from other countries. After she came back from Canada in September, she delivered a speech on her study of the IAESTE program and shared her overseas intern ship experience with other students.
IAESTE, shorted for The International Association for the Exchange Students for Technical Experience, is an international non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 1948, which is dedicated to encouraging the global youth internship and communication. Since 2000, IAESTE(China) has cooperated with hundreds of domestic colleges and sent students majoring in science and engineering to have professional internship in over 90 countries across the world. Some of the students ended up being the permanent employees abroad.
