Graduate Programs with Global Partners

1. Université de Nantes (www.univ-nantes.fr)  — This international postgraduate exchange program is jointly offered by the School of Electrical Engineering, College of Logistics Engineering (CLE) of SMU and Université de Nantes, France, providing the opportunity for the master students from both universities to experience studying abroad either in China or France. SMU graduate students majored in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics & Power Electronics Electric Power Transmission are encouraged to apply for further study in Université de Nantes for Master or PhD degrees.

2. French Naval Academy (www.ecole-navale.fr) — It is a one year program in French Naval Academy for SMU PhD students majored in Power Electronics & Power Electronics Electric Power Transmission. SMU postdoctoral research fellow in this field can look forward to carrying out his/her postdoctoral projects in French Naval Academy.

3. Gdynia Maritime University (www.am.gdynia.pl) — Based on the MOU between SMU and Gdynia Maritime University, SMU students in Power Electronics &Power Electronics Electric Power Transmission are able to study under faculty from both universities for dual/joint PhD programs.
