Exchange Meeting on the Construction of Electrical Disciplines Held in Logistics Engineering College

On the morning of September 18, 2013, exchange meeting on the construction of electrical disciplines was held in Room 502 of Logistics Engineering College. The college leaders and professors attended the meeting.

Dean of College, Professor Hu Xiong, made an analysis on the overall planning of college construction and development, stressing that the discipline construction should attach great importance to top-level designing, intensify the construction of scientific research teams and make breakthroughs on the high-level awards, projects and papers.

Professor Tang Tianhao made a report on the construction of electrical disciplines, did a presentation on the cultivation and construction of key disciplines of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and top disciplines of Shanghai Municipality as well as had a discussion on the chances and challenges the discipline is confronting.

The professors had an active discussion on the following topics: discipline planning, scientific research team, laboratory base and so forth.

The meeting offered a great deal of advice on the construction and development of electrical disciplines. The college will continue to strengthen the construction of electrical disciplines as well as make new breakthroughs.
