Holding the Assembly of Progress Report and Mobilization on Team Work

On March 12, 2014, Logistics Engineering College held the assembly of progress report and mobilization on team work in the lecture hall of the logistics building. The staff at school all attended the assembly.

First, Professor Hu Xiong, Dean of College, carried out a report on seven main contents in the construction of professional and academic teams. He specially analyzed and promoted the liability statement of team work, the regulations of team assessments, rewards and punishments, the distribution project of team activity expenditure, current situations of team management group, requirements and assignments of college work,, teaching echelon and subject echelon based on the set-up and work project of echelon and team. Meanwhile, he made explanations about mechanism of team rewards and punishments, bounty management, expenditure settings and gradually taking posts into team assessments.

Besides, Dean Hu also made plans on college teaching and research activities, teaching salon, academic annual meeting and academic salon, made arrangements about graduate admission, adjusting and interview work,etc, and made requirements about statistics and census of experiment capability for research-based labs and integrated labs, emphasizing that team construction aims to establish a sound environment of major development, to create a dense atmosphere of scientific research, and finally to form well-organised output of high-end achievements.

Finally, college will promote its team work by carrying out rewarding mechanism and elimination-motivation mechanism combining spiritual encouragement, policy priority and material motivation.
