Logistics engineering college held "The Introduction and Cultivation of Talents" seminar in logistics building room 506 on May 7, 2014, 9am. Chaired by Dean Professor Hu Xiong, school leadership, people who are responsible for discipline, Professor Committee members, people who are responsible for professional team and academic team attend the meeting.

First, president Hu declared the theme: first, methods and measures of introducing talents; second, how to offer better service for the development of the discipline and discipline construction through team building.

Around the two major themes, Participants discussed the constitution of faculty team and the development of this discipline and major, they also analyzed the close ties between discipline development and the introduction and cultivation of talents and stressed its urgent necessity and reached a consensus.

To meet the requirements of our school and college’s development, the logistics college will actively develop domestic and international resources, build the platform of  team building well , give full play to the effect of its team staff , open up the market, and open the Easy Access to accelerate the introduction of talent, especially the introduction of high-level talents by using advantage of the attraction of special major and discipline, at the same time, they will also plan the cultivation of talents scientifically and rationally and build a teaching stuff who are characterized by strong discipline and obvious special discipline.
