Prof. Francois Auger from Nantes University Visit Logistics Engineering College

From July 6 to July 9, Prof. Francois Auger from Nantes University came to Logistics Engineering College. Prof. Francois Auger is the leader of Saint-Nazaire IUT (instrumentation and measurement) department and his research area covers automatic control and spectrum analysis of power system.

During this visit, Prof. Francois Auger gave lectures about signal acquisition and digital filtering and digital implementation of control algorithm. Many students include graduate students and doctoral students actively attended the lectures. Prof. Francois Auger explained the questions about signal acquisition and digital filtering and digital implementation of control algorithm. Students actively participated in it and with independent thinking they also raised questions.

In addition, Prof. Francois Auger visited the laboratory of ocean current power generation and ship power plant laboratory. He also made discussion and communication with students.
