AIEN Institute of Shanghai Ocean University Has an Exchange Visit to Logistics Engineering College

On August 8,14th, 2015, A group of four, including the dean and secretary of AIEN Institute of Shanghai Ocean University, visited logistics engineering college. Hu Xiongxie, the dean of logistics engineering college, together with other teachers had the reception. The two sides had an in-depth communication in the fields of international cooperation communication and its forms, cultivation models, evaluation means as well as the Thirteenth Five-year Plan.

AIEN Institute, founded in 2002, is the second-level institute of Shanghai Ocean University. Authorized by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Ministry of Education, AIEN Institute builds undergraduate education program of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. There are majors of Information management and information system and Marketing Promotion, which are co-sponsored by Shanghai Ocean University and University of Tasmania in Australia. They have successfully cultivated students of 3000 over the past decade. They have been accessed by AUQA of Australia in 2005 and 2011 respectively. AIEN Institute is a successful example for University of Tasmania to run school overseas.
