Teachers and Students Participated in "2016 International Power Electronics Innovation Forum"

On March 15-16, 2016, the "2016 International Power Electronics Innovation Forum"，sponsored by China Power Supply Society and the Munich Expo Group, hosted by Shanghai Power Institute and Shanghai Maritime University, was successfully held at New International Expo Center in Pudong.

This forum is in line with the current research hotspots, set up three technical topics, including power conversion and micro-grid technology, wireless charging and automotive power technology, industrial 4.0 and power technology of Internet plus era. Many well-known experts in related fields at home and abroad and world-class technology companies were invited to give wonderful speeches and reports. The forum attracted engineering and technical personnel from universities, research institutions and enterprise all over the country to talk about power innovation technology and discuss the future development direction. Professor Tang Tianhao, Chairman of Shanghai Power Supply Institution, chaired the forum and delivered an opening speech. The teachers, doctoral students and postgraduates of the university attended the two-day technical communication and visited the Munich International Electronics Show to learn about the latest developments in the field of international electronics and power supply.
